Who we are
Who is New Jersey Seamless?
We are a home exterior company, and houses are all we work on. The job is easy to describe and hard to do well: keep rain, snow and wind outside, and make the outside of your house look the way you want for a long time.
We are not the biggest name in the state, and we do not pretend to be. We would rather earn a reputation one house at a time, with real Google reviews and photos of finished jobs added as they come in.

What do we install, and where?
We handle six kinds of exterior work on homes in ten New Jersey counties.
- Metal roofing, our lead trade, in standing seam, shingle-style, tile-style, corrugated and solar-ready systems.
- Roofing: asphalt shingle roofs and roof repair.
- Gutters: seamless gutters, gutter guards and copper half-round systems.
- Siding: seamless steel, vinyl and fiber cement.
- Windows: triple-pane and energy-efficient replacement windows.
- Soffit and fascia: attic ventilation, rot repair and aluminum capping.
Our service area covers Middlesex, Somerset, Monmouth, Mercer, Morris, Hunterdon, Essex, Passaic, Ocean and Sussex counties. That stretch reaches from Sussex County, the lone county where state code makes an eave ice barrier mandatory, to the Ocean County coast, where salt air decides which metal we suggest.
Metal first
Why do we lead with metal roofing?
Because metal answers the problems New Jersey roofs actually face. State design guidance sets fallback ground snow loads of 50 pounds per square foot for Sussex County and 40 for Passaic, according to NJ DCA Bulletin 19-1. Ice dams can form wherever a warm attic sits under snow. Nor’easters push rain sideways, and the shore adds salt air.
A standing seam roof meets that list with long panels, raised seams and fasteners tucked under the seams. Panel makers back their paint finishes with film and color warranties measured in decades. The seams also accept solar clamps that grip the metal instead of drilling through it.

How we work
How does a job with us run?
In writing, from the first visit to the final walk-through.
- A free trip to the house to size everything up and inspect decking, flashing, airflow and drainage.
- An itemized estimate on paper: the system, the materials, the tear-off and the total.
- A signed contract for any job over $500, as New Jersey law requires, plus the cancellation window the law gives you after signing.
- Clean-up as the work goes, and a last pass over the yard and driveway at the end.
- A final walk-through together, when we hand over the warranty documents.

Do you only install metal roofs?
No. Metal leads, but our crews also lay asphalt shingle roofs, fix leaks, hang seamless gutters, re-side houses, replace windows and rebuild soffits and fascia.
Do you install solar panels?
No. We build standing seam roofs that are ready for solar and coordinate with the solar installer you hire, so the roof layout and the racking plan fit together.
