Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website, which New Jersey Seamless runs. By using the site, you agree to them. They do not cover work on your home. A signed written contract does that.

Effective date: October 16, 2026. Last updated: October 16, 2026.

What do these terms cover?

They cover browsing the site, using its forms and tools, and sending us information through it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that information and is part of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Is an online estimate or roof size result a price quote?

No. Estimates, calculator results and roof size measurements on this site are planning figures to help you budget. They are not offers, bids or contracts, and neither you nor we are bound by them.

  • The roof size tool works from Google mapping and solar data. That data can be out of date, and it can miss or misread parts of a roof.
  • Calculator results depend on what you enter and on the prices set on the site when you use it.
  • Cost ranges in our guides are national figures from the sources we name. They are not our prices.

Your actual price comes from measuring and inspecting the home in person. It is binding only when it appears in a written contract that you and we both sign.

What governs a job on your home?

A written home improvement contract signed by you and by us governs any work we do. If anything on this website differs from that contract, the contract controls.

Under N.J.S.A. 56:8-151, a New Jersey home improvement contract with a price over $500, and every change to it, must be in writing and signed by all parties. The same law lets you cancel a home improvement contract for any reason, by written notice, before midnight of the third business day after you receive your copy. Our process page explains these rights and how our written estimates, contracts and payments work.

Warranty terms for a job are written into your contract. Our warranty page explains how a workmanship warranty differs from a manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing on this website adds to or changes a written warranty.

Is the information on this site advice?

No. Our guides explain codes, permits, sales tax, energy ratings and similar topics in general terms, and we name the sources we use. Rules change and every home is different. Check with your local construction official, a tax professional or a lawyer before you rely on our guides for a decision.

How may you use the site?

You may use the site to learn about our services, contact us and plan a project for a home you own, rent or manage. Please do not:

  • send false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
  • send spam, automated submissions or harmful code, or try to get around our spam checks and limits;
  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its tools;
  • copy the site’s content or tool results in bulk, by hand or with automated software, for commercial use.

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

What happens to photos and details you send?

You keep ownership of the photos you send us. By sending them, you let us use them to understand your project, prepare an estimate and keep them with your records. We will ask your permission before we show a photo of your home anywhere public, such as on this site. Please make sure the details you send are accurate and that you have the right to send them.

Who owns the content on this site?

The text, photos, graphics and design of this website belong to New Jersey Seamless or are used with their owners’ permission. You may view and print our pages and share links to them for your own non-commercial use. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

The New Jersey Seamless name and logo identify our business. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you. Product and company names on the site belong to their owners and appear only to identify or cite them.

Links to other websites

The site links to pages we do not control, such as Google reviews, maps and videos, a booking calendar, product makers and government sources. We include those links for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Text messages

Sending one of our forms asks us to call or email you about your project. We text you only if you also tick the optional texting box, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and how many texts you get depends on your project. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Does the website come with a warranty?

No. We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind about the website itself.

We do not promise that the site, its tools or its content will always be available, error-free, complete or current, or that the site is free of viruses. Information on the site can change without notice. This section is about the website only. It does not change the written workmanship warranty in a signed contract, any manufacturer’s warranty or any right you have under New Jersey law.

Limits on our liability for the website

As far as New Jersey law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website or its tools, such as decisions made only from a website estimate, a roof size result or a guide, or indirect losses such as lost time, lost data or the cost of other services.

This section applies only to the website. It does not cover losses caused by our negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any personal injury or property damage. It does not limit our responsibilities under a signed contract or written warranty, and it does not limit any right or remedy you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or other New Jersey consumer protection law.

Which law applies?

New Jersey law governs these terms and your use of the website. A dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. A dispute about work on your home is governed by your contract. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The new version applies from the time we post it here, and we will revise the “Last updated” line at the top. A change to these terms never changes a contract you have already signed.
