Free estimate

Get a free roofing estimate in New Jersey

Ask for a free roofing estimate for your New Jersey home right here. Size the roof from your address, describe the job, and we will book a visit to measure it and put a price on paper.

What to expect

What happens after you send your request?

A call from us, a measuring visit, then an itemized estimate on paper. None of it costs anything, and nothing obliges you to sign.

  1. We call to confirm the address and ask about the house and the job.
  2. We visit to measure the roof and check the decking, flashing, ventilation and gutters.
  3. You get a written estimate listing the system, the materials, the removal work, any permit and the total price.
  4. You decide in your own time. Even after signing, state law leaves you a three-business-day window to back out.

Keep the estimate and hold it up against any other quote. Our process page covers what follows if you go ahead, and the warranty page explains the coverage that comes with the work.

Your roof

Size your roof, then ask for a price

Type your address into the roof size tool for an approximate roof area based on Google mapping and solar data. Then fill in the form. The tool gives a planning figure, and we confirm every measurement at the house.

Want a rough number before the visit?

Start with national ranges, then let the measurement settle it. HomeGuide’s 2026 national guide pegs installed standing seam at $9-$16 per square foot. Treat that as a yardstick, not a New Jersey quote. The real figure for your house comes from measuring it, which we do free.

Pitch, tear-off layers, chimneys, skylights and the paint finish all push the number up or down, and the cost guide for metal roofs walks through each one.

More than roofs

Can one visit cover gutters, siding or windows too?

Yes. The same form covers everything we install, and we can price several jobs at one visit.

Pick the project type that fits best and add the rest in your message: gutters, siding, replacement windows, soffit and fascia or a roof repair. Each item gets its own line on the estimate, so you can do it all at once or in stages.

Questions

Questions about the free estimate

Does the roofing estimate cost anything?

No. The visit, the measuring and the written estimate are free, and you are under no obligation to sign.

How accurate is the online roof size tool?

It gives a planning number based on mapping and solar data for your address. Trees, additions and steep or complex roofs can throw it off, so we always measure in person before we write a price.

Can I get a firm price by phone?

Not a firm one. On a call we can share national ranges, but a real price depends on the roof’s size, pitch, layers, valleys, chimneys and skylights, plus which metal and paint you pick. That is why every price follows a visit.

What if my roof is leaking right now?

Call us and say so, or choose roof repair on the form and describe where water is showing. While you wait for the visit, catch the drips, move belongings and take photos for your records.

Can I get an estimate for gutters, siding or windows at the same visit?

Yes. Tell us everything you are considering, and we can measure and price several services at one visit, each listed separately on the estimate.

Rather talk?

Rather start with a conversation?

Phone us and describe the house. We can answer questions now and set up the visit on the same call.
