Accessibility Statement
New Jersey Seamless wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
We treat accessibility as ongoing work. When we add pages, photos, tools or videos, we aim to check them against the same standard.
How does the site support accessibility?
The site is built to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and the display settings on your device. Here is what that means in practice:
- Keyboard navigation: menus, buttons, forms and question-and-answer sections work without a mouse, and a “Skip to content” link lets you jump past the menu.
- Visible focus: a clear outline shows which link, button or field is selected as you move through a page.
- Form labels: every form field has a written label, and form errors appear in text that screen readers announce.
- Contrast: text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG color contrast ratios.
- Alt text: photos that carry meaning have short descriptions for people who cannot see them.
- Clear structure: headings follow a logical order, so you can scan a page by heading.
- Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off non-essential animation.
- Captions: when we add videos, we will add captions. Videos play only when you choose to start them.
What are the known limits?
Some content comes from other companies, so we cannot fully control how accessible it is:
- Third-party tools and embeds, such as YouTube videos, Cloudflare’s spam check on our forms, Google review pages and an online booking calendar.
- PDF files from manufacturers, such as product brochures, color charts and warranty documents, which may not be fully accessible.
If one of these gets in your way, tell us and we will get you the same information another way.
How do I report a problem or ask for another format?
Call us at (732) 231-5327 or email info@newjerseyseamless.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you know, the browser or assistive technology you use. We will work with you to fix the problem.
We can share any page’s information by phone, by plain-text email or in another format that works for you, including our Privacy Policy. If the online form is hard to use, we can take your free estimate request over the phone. Other ways to reach us are on our contact page.
