What New Jersey customers say about New Jersey Seamless
On Google
Where can you read every review?
On our Google Business Profile. This page shows a selection, while Google keeps the complete list, from the oldest review to the most critical one.

Reviews tell you how a company treated the people who hired it before you. Read the low ratings as closely as the high ones, and look at how we replied to each.
Our policy
How do we ask for reviews?
We ask every customer once the job is finished and walked through, and we ask everyone the same way.
- The request comes after the work is complete and you have looked it over with us, never before.
- We never pay for reviews or reward them with discounts, gifts or prize drawings.
- We never offer anything to change a rating or take a review down.
- We do not write reviews for customers, and we do not ask staff, friends or family to post them.
- We do not screen out customers who might be unhappy before we send the request.
A review only helps the next homeowner if it is honest. Rewards and screening make reviews less useful, so we use neither.

How do you leave a review for New Jersey Seamless?
Open our Google profile, pick a star rating and describe the job in a few sentences.
- Use the link below, or search for New Jersey Seamless in Google Maps.
- Sign in with a Google account and choose your stars.
- Say what we did and roughly when: a metal roof, gutters, siding, windows or a repair.
- Describe how it went: the estimate, the crew, the clean-up, and whether the final bill agreed with the contract.
- Add photos of the finished work if you like. Other homeowners find them more useful than adjectives.
When something goes wrong
What happens when a review is critical?
We read it, reply in public and get in touch to fix whatever can be fixed.
A critical review usually points at something real: a missed piece of trim, a slow callback, a gutter that still overflows. We reply on Google so the next reader can see our answer. Then we contact the customer and set up a visit.
If the problem falls under our written workmanship warranty, we handle it as a warranty call, and our warranty page explains how that works. We never ask anyone to remove a review in exchange for a repair or a refund.
You do not need to post a review to get our attention. If you are a customer with an open issue, call (732) 231-5327 or email info@newjerseyseamless.com with photos, and we will arrange a visit.
Beyond star ratings
What should you check besides reviews?
Check the registration, the contract and the warranty. Reviews describe past jobs, and these three protect yours.
- Registration. Home improvement contractors in New Jersey must hold a state registration, and a state display rule (section 13:45A-17.11 of the administrative code) makes them print the number on ads, contracts and letters to customers.
- A written contract. For work priced above $500, the state contract statute, section 56:8-151, demands a signed document that shows the total price and the registration number.
- A written warranty. Ask who covers the workmanship, who covers the materials, and what voids each one.
Our process page shows where each of these fits in a job, and the about page tells you who we are.

Questions
Questions about our reviews
Are the reviews on this page real?
Yes. We only show reviews that customers posted on Google, in their own words. We do not write testimonials or rewrite reviews, and you can compare what you see here with the full list on our Google profile.
Do you pay or reward customers for reviews?
No. We never offer money, discounts, gifts or prize drawings in return for a review, positive or negative. We simply ask every customer after the final walk-through.
Can I leave a review while the job is still in progress?
You can, but we ask for reviews after the final walk-through, once you have seen the finished work and the clean-up. If something bothers you in the middle of a job, call us first so we can fix it while the crew is still on site.
Will you remove a negative review?
No. We reply in public and contact the customer to sort out the problem. We never offer a repair, a refund or anything else in exchange for changing or removing a review.
How else can I check a contractor besides reviews?
Look up the contractor’s New Jersey home improvement registration number, insist on a written and signed contract for any job over $500, and read the warranty terms before you sign. State rules require the registration number on contracts and advertising.
